About Master of Research - Science and Technology
With the fields in Science & Technology constantly evolving, there are always exciting opportunities for research projects that can make a real difference to people's lives and lead to new developments in these areas. The MRes programme allows the students to undertake a research project at Master’s level which would then be assessed via submission of a thesis and a viva voce.
The students can tailor their studies to their specific interests or career aspirations, such as; computing, design, engineering, environmental sciences, games technology, music and can set out to find the answer to a particular research question and will have the chance to delve more deeply into a subject area that they are passionate about.
The students research project will be developed in collaboration with our academic university staff who will provide you with specialist knowledge and supervisory input while accessing BU’s technical and information resources
