4-Term Pathway - Foundation Certificate for Computing - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Accounting

For entry to the 1st year of an undergraduate degree at Bournemouth University. Students' course length is determined mainly by their English language level (UKVI IELTS score or accepted equivalent). All students take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. If the course is longer than 2 terms, students will take extra modules focusing on one or more of English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge.

This course will give students' specialist knowledge of accounting, as well as professional, intellectual, and interpersonal skills sought by employers. Students will gain expertise in areas of business tax and auditing, financial reporting, and corporate finance. A degree in Accounting will prepare students for a variety of roles in organisations of all sizes and from many sectors.
