2-Term Pathway - Pre-Masters for Events, Tourism and Hospitality Management - Continue to Master of Science - Tourism Marketing Management

For entry to a postgraduate degree at Bournemouth University. Students' course length is determined mainly by their English language level (UKVI IELTS score or accepted equivalent). All students take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. If the course is longer than 2 terms, students will take extra modules focusing on one or more of English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge.

On this conversion course students will learn the principles of tourism marketing management, providing them with a framework to understand business development and marketing planning in an increasingly fast-paced, global industry. This course provides students with the opportunity to become immersed in the Bournemouth University Business School and gives them a unique opportunity to mix with a diverse range of nationalities. This will increase students' intercultural competence, which is vital preparation for working in a mixed-nationality workforce or dealing with a mixed-nationality clientele.
