About 2-Term Pathway - International Year One in Business - Continue to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business and Management - Human Resource Management
For entry to the 2nd year of an undergraduate degree at Bournemouth University. Students' course length is determined mainly by their English language level (UKVI IELTS score or accepted equivalent). All students take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. If the course is longer than 2 terms, students will take extra modules focusing on one or more of English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge.
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business and Management - Human Resource Management
On this Human Resource Management pathway, students explore the main issues and themes in employment relations, learning and development, as well as people resourcing, and how these relate to the wider HRM function. On this course students will be taught by a range of staff with relevant expertise and knowledge appropriate to the content of the unit. This will include senior academic staff, qualified professional practitioners and research students. Students will also benefit from regular guest lectures from industry.
