Foundation is an entry point that comes before the first year of university. By studying a foundation, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for study at a UK university. Upon successful completion of foundation, they will progress directly to first year or to international year one
In response to industry needs, this degree will teach students how to manage a construction project from inception and design through to occupation by developing their skills in management. They will learn how to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget and to the highest possible quality.
