2-Semester Foundation Pathway in Built Environment - Continue to Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Real Estate

Foundation is an entry point that comes before the first year of university. By studying a foundation, students will gain a solid understanding of their chosen subject as well as the required skills for study at a UK university. Upon successful completion of foundation, students will progress directly to first year or to international year one.

Real Estate course has been developed in the UK in accordance with the requirements of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the leading international professional body for surveying, our course meets the needs of potential employers in the public, private and third sectors. Students will complete their undergraduate degree with the most current and relevant insights.
