Centre Wellington District High School is a fully composite dual track high school offering both English and Immersion French programs.

Centre Wellington District High School is located about 100 kilometres from Toronto, in the vibrant urban community of Fergus. Students come from Fergus and the nearby village of Elora, as well as surrounding rural areas. CWDHS provides a supportive environment where the needs and strengths of every student are recognized and considered, and where lifelong learning is fostered. • Extracurricular activities: There are a number of ways for students to get involved outside the classroom. Some of the clubs available at CWDHS include Amnesty International, band, choir, improv, knitting, student council, and yearbook. CDHS offers the following athletic teams: badminton, basketball, cross country, curling, field hockey, golf, hockey, rugby, soccer, swimming, ski racing, tennis, volleyball, wrestling, ultimate frisbee, and track and field.
