Established in 1961, Winston Churchill High School (WCHS) is a school that is proud of its Culture of Success! WCHS offers a full range of program opportunities leading to a wide range of employment and post-secondary pursuits. Through the Culture of Success motto, it places high expectations on its students to be accountable for their own learning and to challenge themselves academically and socially.

Why Winston Churchill High School

• Course variety: Besides general high school curriculum programs in Science, English, Arts, and Math etc., Winston Churchill also offers its students the option to take a full Diploma in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program which provides students with a comprehensive educational experience that teaches them skills, attitudes, and ways of learning. 
• Extracurricular activities: During their time at Winston Churchill, students are encouraged to get involved in activities and clubs outside of the classroom. WCHS believes that taking part in fine arts, athletics, clubs, and other activities outside of the classroom helps students develop interests, discover a lifelong hobby or even future career, develop their individual personality, reduce stress, and boost academic and overall well-being. 
• Counselling services: Winston Churchill counsellors provide the opportunity for students to access educational, personal, and career counselling and also provide information regarding scholarships and post-secondary programs.  Support is available to students, parents, and advisors during the school day.
