King's-Edgehill School

King's-Edgehill school is a CAIS (Canadian Association of Independent Schools) Boarding School. Founded in 1788, King’s-Edgehill School is Canada's first independent school. Located in Windsor, Nova Scotia, King's-Edgehill is a coed boarding school that offers a Junior School (Grades 6-9) and a Senior School (Grades 10-12), in which there is the opportunity to pursue the rigorous International Baccalaureate programme. King's-Edgehill equips its students for university life around the globe, not only by developing academic rigour, but also by inspiring athletic and artistic excellence, strength of character and community leadership in a manner by which students know they are participating in "Personal" and not just "Private" education.

For students interested in sports, King’s-Edgehill has a 3-on-3-basketball league that meets every Wednesday evening; and weekend evenings are full of surprises, including Ping-Pong tournaments in the gym and Friday night cooking events in the cafeteria.
