Pre-Masters Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to international students enrolling in the Pre-Masters Programme at Royal Holloway for the 2025/26 academic year.
• Available for the following pathways:
  • Business and Management
  • Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, and Information Security (iCAS)
  • Arts, Humanities, Economics, and Sciences
• Scholarships are not available for all programmes or progression degree choices; some are excluded (specific ineligible programmes are not listed here).
• Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited in availability.

Scholarship Value and Terms

• Scholarship amounts range from £1,000 to £4,500.
• The scholarship covers 2 semesters of the Pre-Masters Programme.
• The maximum scholarship amount may not always be available depending on demand and programme eligibility.

Application and Deadlines

• Scholarships are available from 2nd October 2024 to 31st March 2026.
• Eligible programmes must begin on or after 26th August 2025.
• If offered a scholarship, students must confirm or conditionally confirm their place within 14 days of the offer.
• Scholarships are awarded based on availability and programme demand, with some scholarships granted less frequently depending on regional needs.

Important Notes

• Not all Pre-Masters pathways or progression degrees qualify for the scholarship; applicants should verify eligibility for their specific programme.
• The scholarship is intended to support international students demonstrating academic potential and commitment to their chosen pathway.
• Early application is encouraged due to the first-come, first-served nature of the scholarship allocation.
