International Year One Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to international students applying for the International Year One Programme at Royal Holloway.
• Eligible pathways include:
  • Business and Management (iCAS)
  • Computer Science (iCAS)
  • Economics (iCAS)
  • Electronic Engineering (iCAS)
• Scholarships are not available for all programmes or progression degree choices; some programmes are excluded.

Scholarship Value and Terms

• Scholarship amounts range from £1,000 to £5,000.
• The scholarship covers 2 semesters of study.
• Awards are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the maximum amount may not always be available.
• Certain scholarships may be awarded less frequently depending on programme demand and regional need.

Application and Deadlines

• Scholarships are available for applications submitted between 2nd October 2024 and 31st March 2026.
• Students must confirm or conditionally confirm their place within 14 days of being offered a scholarship to secure the award.

Important Notes

• Scholarships apply only to the 2025/26 academic year programmes beginning on or after 26th August 2025.
• Not all programmes or progression degree choices are eligible; applicants should verify eligibility before applying.
• The scholarship is designed to support international students demonstrating academic potential in the specified pathways.
