Niagara College Degree Bursary

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to international students enrolled full-time in a degree program at Niagara College.
• Applicable for programs beginning in Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Spring 2027.
• Students must maintain good academic standing each term to continue receiving the bursary.
• Good academic standing is defined as:
  • A minimum 65% term GPA.
  • A passing grade in all courses during the immediately preceding academic term.

Award Value and Conditions

• Awarded at $2,500 per academic term for up to eight terms (excluding co-op terms).
• Maximum bursary amount per student is $20,000.
• No bursary is awarded during co-op terms.
• The bursary is automatically applied to the student’s account after Day 10 of the term start.
• The bursary is renewable each term, contingent on maintaining the academic requirements.

Exclusions

• This bursary cannot be combined with the following scholarships:
  • Regional Global Scholar Scholarship
  • EAP to Postsecondary Scholarship
  • ESL Online to Postsecondary Scholarship

Important Notes

• No application is required; eligible students receive the bursary automatically.
• Maintaining good academic standing is essential to continue receiving the bursary each term.
