Scholarship Overview
The International President's Entrance Scholarships include 3 awards valued at $100,000 each. These scholarships are part of Western’s National Scholarship Program, designed to attract high-achieving students who show potential for innovative thinking and leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a minimum overall academic average of 90% on all Grade 12 U/M courses or equivalent.
- Scholarships are available only at Western University’s main campus.
- Applicants must apply for admission to Western’s main campus and register as a full-time student.
- A school nomination is required to be considered for the National Scholarship Program.
- Each school can nominate up to 4 students, plus 1 additional international (visa) student.
- Nominations are for consideration across all scholarships within the National Scholarship Program, not for a specific award.
Application Requirements
To complete the National Scholarship application, candidates must submit:
- An online National Scholarship application
- A school nomination
- An essay
- A transcript provided by the school
- A reference letter from the school
- A supplemental application
