The Sir Cyril Taylor Memorial Scholarship offers financial support to underrepresented or disadvantaged students from any of the 56 Commonwealth countries who plan to study at San Mateo Colleges of Silicon Valley (SMCSV) in California, USA. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must self-identify as economically, socially, or educationally disadvantaged.

- Must have been admitted to one of the three SMCSV colleges: Cañada College, College of San Mateo, or Skyline College.
- Students enrolled in Global Online Learning (GOL) programs are not eligible; attendance must be in person.
Scholarship Benefits
- Award amount of $1,000 or more per student.
- Waiver of the $50 college application fee.
- Waiver of the $300 homestay application fee for selected candidates.
