Undergraduate Foundation Programme Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to international students enrolling in the Undergraduate Foundation Programme at the University of Aberdeen International Study Centre.
• Available for the following foundation pathways:
  • Business, Economics, Accounting and Real Estate
  • Humanities, Law and Social Science
  • Life Sciences
  • Physical Sciences and Engineering
• Scholarships apply to programmes starting on or after 26th August 2025 for the 2025/26 academic year.
• Not all progression degree choices or programmes are eligible; students should verify their programme’s eligibility.

Scholarship Value and Duration

• Scholarships range from £1,000 up to £6,500.
• The programme duration is 3 terms.

Important Conditions

• Scholarships are valid from 2nd October 2024 to 31st March 2026.
• Students offered a scholarship must confirm or conditionally confirm their place within 14 days of the offer.
• Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and the maximum scholarship amount may not always be available.
• Some scholarships may be awarded less frequently and on a case-by-case basis depending on programme demand and regional need.
