The International Foundation Year Scholarship at the Dublin International Study Centre offers financial support for the 2025/26 academic year, helping international students pursue foundation studies with pathways tailored to their future degree ambitions. Available Period: 2nd October 2024 to 31st March 2026
Applicable Academic Year: 2025/26 programmes starting on or after 26th August 2025
Programme: International Foundation Year
Duration: 3 terms

Scholarship Value by Pathway

Business, Economics and Finance: €1,000 up to €5,500
Engineering and Sciences: €1,000 up to €7,000
Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities: €1,000 up to €5,500

Eligibility and Conditions

Scholarships are available only for the International Foundation Year programme and specific pathways as listed.
Not all programmes or progression degree choices qualify for scholarships; some are excluded.
Scholarships are awarded based on availability and need for the programme in the applicant’s region.
Students offered a scholarship must confirm or conditionally confirm their place within 14 days of the offer.
The maximum scholarship amount may not always be available due to limited funding.
