The Philippines Academic Excellence Entry Scholarship at Fleming College offers up to $4,000 CAD to outstanding international students from the Philippines enrolling in certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, or graduate certificate programs starting January 2026 or earlier. Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an international student from the Philippines
  • Applying for a Fleming certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, or graduate certificate program starting January 2026 or sooner
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 85% or above from high school, college, or university
  • Must successfully complete the first semester at Fleming College
  • To continue receiving the scholarship in subsequent semesters, maintain a 3.9 GPA or above

Scholarship Value and Award Details

  • Total value: Up to $4,000 CAD
  • Awarded as $1,000 CAD per semester for a maximum of four semesters
  • Scholarship amount is credited to the student account after Day 10 of the semester following successful completion of the previous semester
  • Initial award credited upon registration in the second semester after completing the first semester
