The Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at GBS Malta, with specialist pathways, provides a rigorous, intellectually demanding, and vocationally relevant course of study in business and administration. It is designed to develop high levels of transferable skills, as well as analytical and critical evaluation of management theory and practice within an international and global context. The programme also enhances participants’ critical understanding of their knowledge, experience, and strengths, enabling them to become effective managers across a range of organisations.
All participants complete four core modules of 10 ECTS each: Global Strategies, Managerial Finance, Leadership and Organisational Behaviour, and Applied Digital Marketing. In addition, participants take two modules aligned with their chosen MBA pathway. A major dissertation or project module (30 ECTS), focused on a topic related to the selected pathway, is also completed by all participants.
