Lethbridge College has shared an update for their Winter 2019 term. Please be mindful of the deadlines for adding courses, dropping courses, or withdrawing from a program, and share any relevant information with your currently registered students. All deadlines are fixed and must be adhered to without exceptions.
Students who have made tuition payments and are planning to withdraw are subject to the following deadlines:
- Before January 28, 2019: Students withdrawing after January 14 and before January 28 will receive a refund of their tuition payments, minus a $50 charge per Winter course dropped, as well as their tuition deposit.
- After January 28, 2019: Students withdrawing after January 28 will not be eligible for a refund of any Winter courses dropped. Payments made beyond the student’s Winter tuition will still be refundable.
