For all post graduate program applicants, the study permit deadline has been extended to August 13, 2019. All other applicants must have a valid study permit and be able to pay full tuition and fees immediately upon acceptance into the program.
From factory to customer, goods are made, shipped and sold worldwide. Supply chain professionals manage every aspect of the selection, purchase, transportation and distribution of products within Manitoba, across Canada or around the world. The success of many companies depends on the strength and management of their supply chains. MITT’s Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management provides students with the basic business and supply chain skills needed to become effective professionals in this expanding business sector. Topics of study include essentials of management, supply chain management, international trade and project management.
This program will prepare up and coming trade practitioners for a successful career in International Business. This one year, multi-credentialed program explores the strategies needed to establish an enduring global presence.
Post-Graduate Certificate – Leadership and Management
Students will be provided with an opportunity to develop their critical thinking skills by focusing on knowledge that is critical to successful leadership and management. Graduates of this program will be well-positioned to leverage their newly acquired knowledge and skills for leadership and management positions in a wide variety of sectors and organizations.
This intensive two-year program is designed for people who already have some experience in the field. At MITT, you get the extra polish and skills you need to succeed, in less time and with real-world training at a college with a strong track record of success. Your training will combine theory with practical hands-on experience in procedures, accounting, economics and communications, so you hit the ground running. We design our programs in consultation with industry – to make sure the skills you learn will be relevant and ready to go right after graduating.
The Software Developer graduate acquires the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities to qualify for career opportunities as a Junior Software Developer in the ICT sector. Students complete practical, hands-on projects in front-end and back-end development, technical writing and communications, project management, mathematics, and problem solving to become job ready within twelve months. Students further develop their professional presence on the platform GitHub. Students should expect to work collaboratively on project-based assignments.
The Industrial Electronics program provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills applicable to electronic and electrical components, and the devices and circuits used in industrial settings.
The Health Care Aide & Unit Clerk program is designed to provide health care workplace competencies to prepare students for entry-level positions in the health care field.
Students in the NCT program develop comprehensive skills in network infrastructure support using Cisco Systems and Microsoft products to create a secure enterprise network. Students work with routing, switching, firewall, and server technologies to deploy a reliable and redundant network that also supports remote access and wide area interconnectivity.
